  We accept checks, cash, wire transfers, and credit cards.

 Checks should be made payable to Asian Golf Adventures, LLC and sent to:

• Payment schedule:
  Confirmed bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20 % of the total price. Final payment is required at least 30 days prior to departure.

• Insurance:
  We recommend travel insurance to cover accidents, theft or cancellation.
  No rain cheques or compensation will be given for non-attendance, rain or cancelled activities. Meals not taken are not refundable.

• Cancellations:
  All cancellations should be sent in writing by mail, fax or e-mail to Asian Golf Adventures, LLC
  - Cancellations up to 30 days prior to departure date: up to 75 % refund
  - Cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to departure date: 50 % refund
  - Less than 15 days, no refund

• Required travel documents:
  Valid passport (Citizens of most countries do not require visas for stays up to 30 days in the Kingdom of Thailand. Visa is required for China and Vietnam).

• Ground transportation:
  Will be provided from airport to your hotel and to all tour events and back.
