Payment
schedule:
Confirmed bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20 % of the total price.
Final payment is required at least 30 days prior to departure.
Insurance:
We recommend travel insurance to cover accidents, theft or cancellation.
No rain
cheques or compensation will be given for non-attendance, rain or cancelled
activities. Meals not taken are not refundable.
Cancellations:
All cancellations should be sent by mail, fax or e-mail to Asian Golf Adventures,

- Cancellations
up to 30 days prior to departure date: 80 % refund
- Cancellations 30 to 10 days prior to departure date: 50 % refund
- Less than 10 days, no refund
Required
travel documents:
Valid passport (Citizens of most countries do not require visas for stays up
to 30 days in the Kingdom of Thailand).
Ground
transportation:
Will be provided from airport to your hotel and to all tour events and back.
